I had to go to Colorado's Blog to find out what Poutine was, and BOY WAS I RELIEVED!!...I can't tell you where my mind was going when I read that, although it would have made for great blog !!

well i found some poutine gravy mix for you. but i decided against sending you cheese curds. i figured they'd be pretty funky by the time they got there. a lady in the deli said you can use cubes of mozza if you can't find cheese curds. but i don't think the package will arrive before the weekend.
