7 hours later in a 450 degree oven...
I didn't even get a visit from Long Beach Fire Department for this beauty...those slackers...

LOL!!! Awwww, don't feel too bad, we have all burnt a steak once or twice in our lives...ok, ok, maybe not THAT bad...but ummm...awwwwwww!! lol

I can cook some stuff, as long as it has directions on the back of the box. I usually end up leaving the meat cooking to Dave, who does a wonderful job on the barbeque grill, no matter what the temperature outside!
Either that, or we eat out!
